Auditorium:
The auditorium will seat up to 500 persons. Full day programme with state of the art lectures,
clinical trial reviews and controversial, interdisciplinary debates, alternating with numerous live case demonstrations highlighting current interventional challenges and new technologies.

From Rome Autostrada A1:
exit at Orte, get the E 45 dir. Perugia, then follow dir. Assisi-Foligno, exit at S. Maria degli Angeli-Assisi.
From Milan Autostrada A1:
exit at Foiano-Val di Chiana (AR), get the E 75 dir. Perugia, then follow dir. Assisi-Foligno,
exit at S. Maria degli Angeli-Assisi.

follow dir. Assisi-centro (or Gualdo Tadino, upper part of the town), dir. Foligno–Spoleto (right),

From Rome: direct trains, arrival at S. Maria degli Angeli railway station.

Shipments can be delivered from May 18th, 2009 until June 3rd, 2009.
Packages or consignments to exhibitors will be delivered directly to
the exhibition booth if the following conditions of declaring the consignment
are fullfilled:

If you send more than one box, make sure your boxes are labelled the following way: 1/10, 2/10, etc….
• All consignments have to be prepaid sufficiently.
• Consignments shall be sent to your booth only during the time of booth construction and/or
during running time of the exhibition.
• There will be no delivery before 8 am and after 6 pm.
If you should have pallet consignments please contact the hotel directly to clarify the delivery.
Consignments which are sent to Grand Hotel Assisi without indicating company, exhibition hall
and booth number cannot be assigned and shall therefore be opened in order to find out the recipient.
Consignments that cannot be assigned even after opening shall be sent back to the sender on
the sender’s own costs or thrown away.
Consignments that arrive before the time declared as delivery date or after the end of exhibition
shall not be accepted and shall be sent back to the sender or thrown away.
If either customs duty or COD charge has to be paid, consignments can only be received by
the recipient him- or herself.
Shipments can be delivered from May 18th, 2009 until June 2nd, 2009.

The exhibition spaces inside the Grand Hotel Assisi are to be used as information areas for
presentations and demonstration. They are subject to restrictions.
Individual stand constructions, trade fair stand construction systems and individual display elements
(all materials of standard B1 according to DIN 4102, i. e. hardly inflammable) are approved.
It has to be ensured that the stands are not higher than 2,70 meters.
When planning your booth, please respect the other exhibitors and do not plan any side walls
of more than 1 m of depth or any other furniture that might be negatively influencing the booth
of your neighbour.
Electrical outlets are available, but please bring your own adapters (Southern Europe) and extension courts. For chairs, tables, table cloth, and flowers please contact Mr. Ferranti at the Grand Hotel Assisi,

Any alternations are subject to a prior written application and require written approval.
Otherwise, the Technical Guidelines of the Grand Hotel Assisi are applicable.

Neither water and sewage connections nor compressed air can be made available inside
the Grand Hotel Assisi.
