To ease transportation for our participants we are offering free shuttle buses from Rome Fumicino, Leonardo da Vinci airport, to Assisi on Wednesday and Thursday, June 3 and 4.
International flights, Terminal C, tourist bus parking. The bus will have a sign of our meeting in the front and the rear window.
Wednesday, June 3rd, the bus will be at the meeting point approximately at 16:30 and leave the airport at 17:00.
Thursday, June 4th, the bus will be at the meeting point approximately at 09:45 and leave the airport at 10:15.
On Saturday, June 6th, a bus shuttle from Assisi to Rome Fumicino, Leonardo da Vinci airport will leave at the Grand Hotel at 14:00. The drive to and from Rome will take approximately 2.5 hrs.
We will organize shuttle buses from other hotels to the Grand Hotel Assisi in the morning of June 4, 5, and 6, as well as back to the hotels after the programme has adjourned.
